As a girl with dry skin, it’s important for me to stay hydrated, not only on the inside (I’m a health food junkie and a juicer guru) but outside as well. I constantly suffer from dry patches on my face – usually around my nose and cheek bone area. If I’m not careful, I can easily ruin the rest of my skin by overexfoliating dry, flaky skin or over-moisturizing. Trying to find a happy balance is something I strive for, especially in the fall and winter months. (And yes, for many of us, those months are coming.)
